To make this process easier for everyone, here are a few tips...
1. Read the fine print on your vouchers! This will safe both time and frustration.
2. Have more than one date or time in mind when scheduling. Please don't call the week you want your service, you may become frustrated because in the case of certain service providers, we book weeks in advance. Saturdays are the busiest!
3. Please be on time. If you are more than 10min late you are subject to a shortened service or reschedule. Individuals that schedule appointments and do not show up may also lose the promotional value of their voucher due to our 24hr cancellation policy!
4. Please do not schedule your appointment on days that you may be rushed or sandwiched between other appointments! We want you to enjoy your time with us and not be hurried.
5. Bring your voucher. This is a form of payment and you will be asked to pay for your service if you failed to bring a printed voucher or can provide it on your smart phone.
6. Don't wait until the last minute...we do not be give extensions on the expiration date. Please remember that you may always use the value of your groupon towards the featured service at any time after the expiration date.
